Refund policy

All return and exchange requests must be sent to coltmcrenquiries@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for alternative sizes, subject to availability.

Store Credit

Returns can be exchanged for store credit equal to the full original order value, including shipping costs. Store credit is valid for six months from the date of issue.

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s) at our headquarters.

Please note that a £3.00 handling and restocking fee per item will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
