All requests must be sent to coltmcrenquiries@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number within your enquiry.

We accept exchanges for alternative sizes subject to availability.

We also accept returns in exchange for store credit equal to the full original order value including shipping (valid for six months).

If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, this will be authorised within 14 days of receiving your original item/s at our HQ. The final refunded amount accounts for our £3.00 Handling and Restocking Fee per item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable to your original payment method and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers outside of the UK and US are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and handling fees applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These must be paid to release the shipment.

Our customer support operates 9:30am–5:30pm BST on all weekdays. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Response times may be extended during new releases and Black Friday.

Orders ship within 3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Tracking information is automatically shared via email once your order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped upon request, subject to a reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost.

If you would like to request an address change, please email coltmcrenquiries@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate address change requests, however this cannot always be guaranteed.

UK orders ship via Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service. Please email us if you would like to request 24-hour shipping (subject to a £2.50 expedited shipping fee).

International orders ship via DPD's tracked service. US shipping includes pre-paid delivery duties. All other international shipping destinations are subject to import duties.
