Return, Refund and Customs:

Returns, Exchanges & UK Consumer Rights

In line with UK consumer regulations, customers based in the UK have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order for a refund, provided the item is returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that this statutory right does not apply to items that are made to order, customised, or otherwise exempt under UK law.

Outside of your statutory rights, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for refunds beyond what is required under UK consumer regulations.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with details and supporting imagery. Where a fault is confirmed, Colt will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for alternative sizes, subject to availability. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Colt covers all initial customs fees and charges at the point of dispatch. Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release the shipment.
